This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with WATYS MEDIA LLC for delivery within the United States. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

A. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

B. Processing Time and Delivery Estimates
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding public holidays. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-12 business days, depending on your location. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed the following business day.

C. Carriers
We ship orders using trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

D. Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@myfrenchie.us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
